We had Joe from Folkes Brothers come out today to service our car wash tunnel heater, and the experience was exactly what you hope for when calling in a service company.

He showed up on time and got straight to work. No small talk, no upselling, no guessing. He diagnosed the issue quickly, explained what was actually going on in plain terms, and laid out a clear, realistic plan for how to fix it. I had no heat early this morning during extremely cold weather, and Folkes Brothers came through when I needed them most. From the very first phone call, the professionalism was evident. Joe, the technician, was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He quickly diagnosed and resolved the heating issue and took the time to explain what was going on. He also conducted a needs assessment, offered thoughtful recommendations, and shared helpful tips on how to properly maintain my furnace moving forward.

Folkes Brothers has become my go to contact when I have heating/ac/plumbing issues. I Just had them replace a bad water tank that was causing water pressure issues. Jon Evans and Sergio were able to diagnose the issue yesterday morning and come back in the afternoon to finish the job. These guys are super knowledgeable and always friendly and professional. My parents and in laws now use them as well. Top notch, local, very responsive and you know they will give you a fair and honest price.

Great service! Called on Sunday morning with a water problem. They could not fix the issue until the evening but came and installed a valve to shut off the leaky shower so we could use the water in the rest of the house. Excellent and friendly service and reasonable prices considering especially it was a Sunday. Totally recommend Folkes Brothers for all plumbing!

Folkes Brothers was awesome! Called for emergency repair at 7:00 a.m. on Sunday for my hot water heater and they were here working hard within an hour.
