Ana Parzych Cakes

From our very first interaction, working with Ana was an absolute dream. The entire process of designing our wedding cake was incredibly personal, thoughtful, and genuinely enjoyable. Ana took the time to truly get to know us as a couple, listen to our ideas, and understand the vision we had for our wedding day. We never once felt rushed or unheard; instead, we felt fully supported and guided by her creativity and expertise.

Over the course of more than a month, we went through several edits and changes to our cake design. Each time, Ana was patient, flexible, and enthusiastic about refining the details until everything felt perfect. She has an amazing ability to take ideas from your imagination—even ones that are hard to describe—and turn them into something beautiful, cohesive, and far beyond what you originally envisioned. She truly brought our dream cake to life.

The cake tasting experience was just as impressive as the design process. Every flavor we tried was absolutely delicious, and it was clear that the same level of care and craftsmanship goes into the taste as into the visual artistry. Choosing our final flavors was actually difficult because everything was that good.

Our wedding took place on June 7th, 2025, and the cake Ana created for that day was nothing short of extraordinary. Her artistic talent is truly unmatched. The level of detail, creativity, and precision in her work is incredible, and it’s obvious that every piece she creates is done with genuine heart and passion. She even went above and beyond to match the flowers on the cake with the ones we had chosen with our floral vendor. Our cake was a true masterpiece and became one of the most talked-about and admired elements of our entire wedding day.

We absolutely loved working with Ana and are beyond grateful for the time, care, and love she poured into our wedding cake. This experience alone is more than enough reason for us to work with her again in the future. We highly, highly recommend Ana to anyone looking for a cake vendor who is not only extraordinarily talented but also kind, patient, and truly invested in making your special moments unforgettable.

Ana's cakes are as lovely as they are delicious. From my first appointment with Ana at my tasting, I absolutely knew I needed to have her cake at my wedding. I cannot have dairy and she was able to make me a dairy free tier. At the tasting she had the dairy free cake and mousseline flavors available for me and I ate everything!

Ana communicated me throughout the process and sent me sketches of the cake and made sure to ask any clarifying questions on the design as they came up. She is renowned for her sugar flowers. And even though I'm not big into flowers, I did want peonies in specifics colors that grew in my mom's garden. After sending pictures to Ana, she replicated the colors perfectly and they looking stunning on the cake.

The day of, and for many days after, guests raved about how delicious the cake was. Guests that don't normally like cake say they loved it. My mother in law took home extra slices and ate one every single day, it was that good. For reference, I ordered the white tahitian vanilla cake with strawberry, passionfruit, and raspberry mousseline layers.

My dairy free tier was so so good and I was just ecstatic to be able to eat a dairy free cake custom made for me that wasn't gluten free or just chocolate, which is the only flavor and option at some other cake vendors. I ordered my wedding cake from Ana, it was a great experience from start to finish! Ana makes you feel like you are a priority! The cake tasting was the best. Not only are the cakes breathtaking but they are absolutely delicious!! My only complaint is that we were told we could order a smaller version of our wedding cake on our anniversary, but when I reached out to Ana via email I was told something different. We had the almond cake and it isn’t something we can get anywhere else. I would love to order a small cake but apparently it’s not an option anymore.

Ana was fantastic to work with for our wedding. She is organized, creative and easy to communicate with. Our cake was truly a work of art. She was able to bring our vision to life. We received so many compliments on our cake and could not recommend her more to couples planning their dream wedding.

Ana is such a lovely person, we feel so blessed to have been able to work with her. She is truly a cake genius and all of our guests raved about the taste as well as how gorgeous it looked. I'm pretty sure she made us the most perfect cake ever!! Cannot recommend her enough!!!
