Fancy Bagels Xpress

I put in an order for pick-up Christmas eve, but our hours did not match. Fancy closed at 12:00, I worked until 12:30. We made plans and they would deliver to my work by 12:30. Things didn't quite work out, but they called me at home and we met up later to retrieve my order. They went above and beyond to get me my order, a little extra included. The manager/owner? was wonderful about this whole ordeal. Thank you.

Man I love this place. I grew up on Long Island so my bagel 🥯 taste buds are well developed, and I've gotta say the bagels are my favorite in CT. Top that off with The best egg sandwich I've found in Connecticut and now you've got me there once a month.

But what keeps me coming in every week (or so) is the service. I'm greeted with a smile by name when I come in, and I always leave with a smile...

Something about the egg sandwich tastes better after you smile...

My daughter and I had been at a different bagel shop in nearby Cheshire, were ignored, and so I searched for a different shop because we both had bagels on our mind. Fancy Bagel was the closest. I’m so happy we decided to come here. We were welcomed with warm smiles and such a cute atmosphere. I ordered the salt with cream cheese and my daughter had a chocolate chip with butter. We chatted with the staff and I told them about the bad experience we just had. The manager or owner then put together a small sample bag of their different bagels for us to take home. How kind! We then sat outside and enjoyed the picnic tables and my daughter played some cornhole that they have set up. We will definitely be back!!! So glad we found this cute and friendly place

The best bagels I had so far in Ct!! All the hype is real. This family owned business has 3 locations in Ct and makes fresh bagels every day! So many flavors for bagels and cream cheese! My favorite bagel was the sweet cinnamon and vanilla cream cheese with the Strawberry Banana smoothie!

One visit to Fancy Bagels, and I have to say these are some of my new favorite bagels in the state! This is the first Fancy Bagels location I’ve visited, but I like how this one is tucked away in a residential area. They have some tables outside to eat at, so we had a peaceful morning as we enjoyed our bagels. The sweet and savory options we had were all delicious, but something that really stood out to us was the green pepper jelly. It was so yummy on the ham egg and cheese! There’s a great variety of bagel and cream cheese flavors to choose from, but you’ll definitely want to go early to get the bagels you want before they’re picked over. I already look forward to my next opportunity to visit Fancy Bagels!
