When APRN arrived into office she sat down for 30 seconds, while she said I told her what I thought was wrong with me, as she stood up, she said, " I'll send you over a prescription for steroids", without even looking at my rash. Also, she never discussed my slight fever and left the room. She was in the room for less than a minute, but I waiting roughly 30-40 minutes to be seen (in a dead office)??

Called office in late afternoon with an urgent need to be seen & they were able to get me in the next day with Angie. I did not have to wait long once I arrived for appointment and upon meeting her I found her to be not only very professional but also personable. She was compassionate regarding the situation I was in and quickly put me at ease regarding treatment. I would absolutely be more than happy to be seen by her in the future.

My experience with Angie was positive. She listened, was kind and wanted to help. We talked about what was going on and she asked questions, she was invested in my issue. I highly recommend her at Pond Place!

While nice and helpful, I felt she was much nicer once I had an advocate with me. I had a stroke which makes getting my words out difficult, but I still very much understand stuff going on around me. Once my daughter joined us, the atmosphere changed for the better. Don't get me wrong, she is extremely knowledgeable and able to treat me and for that I was greatful!!!!
