Lived on yhe other side of the bridge but was always great when I made it over there.
I have been going to Apollo pretty much my whole life , but currently been living in north Carolina it is always my first stop when I come back to ct . Some of the best pizza I ever had
"Greek" style pizza that is somewhat common in the area. If you like that style, this is the place to go for pizza. No loud music inside making for a welcoming atmosphere. The only issue was the website prices did not match my order. If you phone in your order, ask for the cost to ensure you bring enough.
The service is good, food is good, never have an issue with them!
Good pizza, loved it! Decent slice for a decent price, and with a toasty edge. There was a very sweet man at the register and handling business. While there was a short wait, it was understandable as he was the only one there. Will definitely come again, the restaurant is a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.
