I went there the other day just to take a look, and the store is so welcoming and cozy and like everyone else has seen the prices are extremely fair! I will definitely be coming back here and making this my go to card shop!

Blueberry Cat Gaming in Prospect was my first card shop, and it’s still my home store for product. Their prices are always fair, and the staff actually listens. More than once I’ve mentioned being interested in a certain product and—bam—they stock it! My wife also buys all her collectibles there because the prices and selection are so good.

If you’re into Pokémon or Magic, they’re actively getting those communities up and running, and it’s exciting to see the growth. The shop’s collectible section is honestly one of the best I’ve ever seen—tons of variety, all well organized, and consistently high quality.

The location is perfect too, especially for families. It’s right next to an ice cream spot, which makes it a fun outing for kids. They even host special events, like the meet-and-greet they held with the voice of Professor Oak. Plus, they’re a PokéStop, which is a fun bonus for Pokémon GO players.

Overall, Blueberry Cat Gaming is a fantastic local shop with great people, great product, and a community-first vibe. Highly recommend!

This shop is a blessing for the Waterbury area! As an avid Pokémon card collector, the selection is fantastic and the prices are very reasonable. Common cards are organized and it's easy to find individual cards I'm missing for a specific set. There's a limit on how many packs you can buy which is honestly great, because it deters scalpers and allows actual fans of the card game to purchase packs (opening a pack is a magical feeling). Whenever I walk in, I always end up finding an interesting card to pick up even when I'm not looking for anything particular. There's a nice couch set up right next to the Pokémon card table which makes searching through cards very comfortable like a cozy coffee shop. Staff are knowledgeable, kind, and friendly, and the whole shop feels like it was built with heart. Also, they sell MtG which is a huge plus. Thanks for helping me fill my binders!

First time but definitely not going to be the last! They have a TON of funko pops.
I can’t even tell you how much stuff they have, playing cards. Funko pops. Pins. Figures, ect. And the workers are very kind and knowledgeable. They also have a great owner that responds to every question I ask in record time.
All around great store!!

Me and a friend came up from Fairfield County for an event held at the store. We were not disappointed by the friendliness of the staff and ownership. The way they approach their customers makes it feel like they’ve known you forever. Low key, friendly and approachable are all words to describe their customer service. On top of that I just love how it’s more of an explosion of pop culture products than just another average card store. Sadly out of my weekly driving distance or I’d be in every other week. However, people willing to take the drive or those who live in the area should check the place out ASAP. Especially for those who collect Funko Pop Figurines, trading cards or eclectic memorabilia.
