I am disappointed with the customer service I received at this pharmacy. When I called regarding my medication refill, the staff member who answered refused to process it, despite it being eligible for refill. I was met with an unprofessional attitude and was told I should still have medication remaining—which, while true, is not the point.
For years, I have consistently refilled my prescriptions every four weeks, as indicated on my calendar to help manage my ADHD. As long as the prescription is approved by insurance, it has always been filled without issue. However, this was the first time I was denied a refill despite it being eligible, and I was abruptly hung up on in the middle of our conversation.
Due to this poor experience, I will be returning to CVS for my prescriptions. The lack of professionalism and courtesy from the staff this morning was unacceptable, and it may be beneficial for the team to undergo additional customer service training. Unfortunately, I have previously recommended this pharmacy to family and friends, but based on this experience, I can no longer do so. 👎🏽
