i’ve been riding with Compassionate Care livery Medical transportation for over two years. I have to say, I love the owner and the customer service. The Driver’s are very upbeat, Pleasant, friendly, and they make your ride, smooth and comfortable. I have never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time For pick up or drop off to an appointment or to my home. I never have to worry about standing outside to bear the cold or brave with the heat in the summer and I’m always early for my appointments and I refused to ride with any other medical cab company except for Compassionate Care because they’re just that good. I have serious health problems and have problems with my legs. They are very courteous and helpful to get in the vehicle and whatever you need, just ask the drivers and they will cater to your needs as long as they’re legit. Thank you to supervisor/owner for running such a great place he knows who he is. It’s people like him with small companies that show how proud they really are and how much they enjoy Meeting our needs. This is why I gave him five stars should be more stars than that because they have definitely earned it. I don’t care what anybody else says. I know what kind of service I have been given. Thank you, Compassionate Care and your drivers who makes us truly feel special.
