I just had work finished last week at CMC&C. I had to get my AC condensation drain lines repaired with a leak. They ran through the ceiling and a fiberglass piece of the roof had to be cut, replaced and painted. You can’t even see where the repair was made! Perfect! These guys have done a lot of work for me. Collision, finish repairs, warranty body repairs, and Vroom slide upgrades. Brian Hartwell the manager and his team are GREAT! If you own a Tiffin, this is the place to go if closer than Red Bay. CMC&M are authorized to do warranty work and repairs. Their body shop and paint are better than new!

I had my Schwintech slide fail (drivers side rear bedroom). CT Motor cars and Coaches replaced with Vroom slide mechanisms. Now I can open and close the slides without needing to think happy thoughts. The work was done quickly and at the estimated price. They also did my yearly engine oil and generator oil changes. They even took the time to show me the failed unit and what happened to cause the slide to fail. They spent time showing me the new slides and how they operate. Great customer service and overall experience!!!

Today I picked up my Tiffin Phaeton from being repaired at “CT Motor Cars & Coaches”. As a result of an accident, the rear cap needed to be replaced. I was extremely impressed with the overall repairs and the new paint that was required on the replacement pieces and the coach. The paint match and finish were “excellent”. The fit of the new pieces were matched up perfect with the rest of the coach and ALL body lines were even and level, all seals were taped when the caulk was applied which made them completely level and even. Super job and it looks even better than what it did coming out of the build assembly plant. Wendy and Brian were great to deal with and kept me fully updated throughout the entire process. While they had my coach, I had some other minor paint issues worked and resolved. They also installed the “Vroom” system in my bedroom slide. This is one of the best upgrades I have made to my coach and it works great. Thank you to “Rick” in spending all the time with me going over the Vroom system and how it works. This is the ONLY place to take your RV to be repaired in the Northeast. These people are “Experts” and ONLY do top quality work. Thank you!

I couldn’t be more pleased with the bodywork and other repairs that they made on my Winnebago View! Brian is a great service advisor and made the process so easy. I had damaged to the entire drivers side compartment doors, and the bodywork looks exactly as if were brand new. Also had a new skylight and soft start installed, and both were done to perfection.
