Speaking from two experiences. 1. Pawling farmers market and 2. A quick stop to the farmstand. Although the farmstand did not seem open, Zach came whizzing down to meet us. He was friendly and eager to help.
Contact (number on website) him whenever you need something. If you need meat, try to call or text in advance. They have a diverse selection. Will definitely be buying more from Z Farms.

Ixtlali is one of the friendliest people I have ever dealt with. She was amazing, I will definitely come back again. The honey was amazing, the eggs fresh, and the tomatoes are to die for.
We think Z Farms Organic is a wonderful source for local (Hudson Valley) organic eggs, chickens, duck, lamb, and beef. You can be 100 percent sure of what you are getting because natural organic food from local pastures taste like an old world luxury. The egg yolks are brighter orange than any we've ever tried before. Wow, the chicken stock from leftovers in incredible. Now we're giving the lamb and short ribs a try. Z Farms Organic is the home of natural farm-fresh flavor.
