Great local shop. Not many options in the area so this is a solid choice. Their sandwiches, especially paninis, are massive. Borderline larger than one serving. Breads are excellent and ingredients fresh. Highly recommend their various sandwiches, though everything looks great. Staff super helpful, acknowledging you upon arrival and updating the status of your order. Looks like places to dine in as well as I’ve seen folks I know there. Area overall more remote but pretty centrally located to places and en route.
Fantastic breakfast and lunch sandwiches, and the daily specials are great. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Definitely my go-to spot for lunch. Highly recommend giving it a try if you haven't already.
Delicious, reasonably priced, and in a very convenient location with friendly workers. The Corner Italian Combo on a roll is my go-to. I think I could live off of them. And the Franny’s sandwich for breakfast too!!!
Stopped by for the first time before a round of golf. The #6 “Mikes favorite” might be the best sandwich I’ve ever had. I live about an hour away but I’ll be back for sure. Very nice people inside as well 10/10
2 stars because I know there are worse out there. This deli is not quite at that level. So this was my 1st attempt at a couple breakfast sandwiches here. Bacon, sausage, 2 eggs, and cheese on a Portuguese Roll. I won't be back.
Menu board inside shows a nice runny egg over bacon, so one would think that is what I am getting. Nope. I was wrong. I deserve a zero star for thinking that way.
First, just something that was annoying. I kept getting small pieces of food falling on my lap. First it was egg, then sausage. Finally, I dissected the sandwich to find that my eggs and meat were cut into quarters and placed on my sandwich. Although by the photos, you can see how well they balance the sandwich out with these quarters of meat, egg, and hopefully cheese. Also making it easy to drop pieces of food all over my lap.
The food itself lacked flavor. The sausage had no flavor. The bacon, while generally cooked to my liking, did have a couple fatty spots that could have used some grill lovins, and did nothing for the flavor except add a salty component to the sandwich. The cheese was scarce, maybe found in a bite or two of each sandwich. The egg, was seasoned well, but cooked poorly. Slow cooked on a flat top is my guess. The egg should not be white. It should have some color from frying, giving it that extra flavor. Nope. White and presumably slow cooked. One sandwich with a soft boiled egg type of yolk and then the other sandwich where the yolk was cracked and cooked all the way through. Even the Portuguese Rolls were less than on point. They reminded of rolls that have seen better days, but 10 seconds in the microwave or over some heat will soften them right up. Leaving them chewy and like a piece of rubber in spots, like so many customers enjoy. I am not one of those customers.
