I recently hired Creative Masonry for a much-needed chimney repair on my relative's home, and I couldn't be more impressed with the results. Their team was professional, punctual, and incredibly skilled, addressing everything from cracked bricks to mortar issues with meticulous attention to detail. I highly recommend.

We called Creative Masonry for a second opinion after receiving an astronomical quote for chimney repair from another company. When the crew came out to look at our chimney they told us that our chimney was in much better shape than the original company had let us to believe. they were able to complete the job for significantly less than the first quote we got. The crew was knowledgeable and professional and we were very happy with their work.

Ed and his team did a wonderful job. We used another contractor to fix a leak coming in through our chimney flashing, and within a year it started leaking again. I called Ed and he was quick to diagnose the issue and explain to me the process for fixing the previous contractors errors. The process to fix the flashing was done quickly and professionally and we have had no issues since. The end product quality is night and day from our prior contractor. I regret not going to Ed first. I would highly recommend Creative Masonry for all chimney needs.

With the current rising costs of oil and the unfortunate inflation we are living in, I decided on a whim with very short notice to call Ed at Creative Masonry to get a wood stove insert installed. The turn around was so fast. In just a little over a week we had the stove ordered and installed. The team that did the install were extremely polite more than courteous and are some of the few people that still respect people's homes by offering to wear a mask and immediately putting shoe coverings on their boots the minute they walk into a home. The team was awesome, punctual, arrived on time, the install was seamless, and they were more than knowledgeable and helpful during the entire process. They cleaned up after themselves as if they had never been there and Ed the owner has been on standby from the morning and even into the late evening during the entire process, ready to answer and offer any advice and help. The price was very very fair and he helped out a lot during this tumultuous economic time. Service and overall experience was a straight A plus and I look forward to sending my friends and family over to Creative Masonry in the future.

The team that works with Ed did an AMAZING job of repairing and replacing the top of our chimney. Would highly highly recommend. Ed was very communicative and answered all our questions and had the job done with a great set of skilled and talented employees. Will be using them again for cleaning and inside inspection. Pricing was very reasonable as well. Cleaned up and we’re quick. Very happy!!
