I cannot say enough great things about our experience with Cristhian and his work!! Our floors are absolutely beautiful!! He refinished 3 rooms and they are so perfect! I love the color, finish and look of the “ new” floors. As for Cristhian, he is wonderful ! He is hard working, honest and kind. He explained everything in advance, gave us a very fair price and worked very hard to get our floors perfect. He fixed a separation in 2 boards on a step so it looks like new. His process really is dustless. I don’t know how he does it but there is no dust and no mess when he is done. We were in and out of the house when he was here and had no problem with him working here without anyone home. He is very trustworthy and fair. I cannot recommend him highly enough! We are very happy that we decided to use Professional Hardwood Flooring LLC. We had our floors refinished and new hard wood flooring done in one of the rooms. The result exceeded our expectations. The flooring in the entire downstairs looks completely brand new. You can’t even tell the difference between the new flooring and the refinished flooring. It looks amazing. The communication was excellent before and throughout the process and the pricing was very fair. This is a top notch company that we would definitely use again.

We just moved to Avon, CT and I needed floor work badly! I can't begin to describe how amazing Christian was. His work was top notch but also affordable. We didn't have a huge budget and it looks like we did with the end result. We had red oaks in our new house and some of it was stained dark and other was the red orange color and I wanted whiteeeeee. There is still a hue of pink in it (as Christan told me there would be), but they are so beautiful I can't even believe they are my floors. Wanted to include some before and afters and clearly we have a ton more work like painting to go but it looks so good. He was extremely great at communication and got the work done quickly (even worked on the weekend). I really appreciate his expertise and care to his work. Thanks Christian!!!!!

Professional Hardwood Floor Review
Cristhian from PHF came out to price out our floor resurfacing. He was very professional. Measured and explained all of what he would need to do and about how long it would take. Our floors have big decorative nails which understandably cost more to sand. He also gave us the option of doing our stairs as well which didn't really needed to be done but I decided to go with it since they hadn't been refinished in over 30 years. He also added the option of moving the furniture before and after which we took him up on. The whole job from start to finish took about a week and I peeked through the door every day excited about the progress. Our floors were horrible after 30 years of abuse. After the sanding the floors looked brand new. He sanded even in the tightest and smallest areas being super careful. The next day a coat of stain was applied and it was slightly darker than I thought or had hoped it would be. Not to worry though. This color stain grew on me in a matter of hours and I was happy about the color. For the next three days one coat of poly was applied each day and a few days later we had our house back. The floors look absolutely beautiful and I would pick Professional Hardwood Floors again if I had any more wood floors that needed to be refinished. It was obvious from the end product that Cristhian loves his work and proud of what he does. His price was reasonable. If you are thinking about having your floors refinished, just have him come out and quote you a price. My guess is when you hear it you'll be more inclined to pull the trigger and get your floor done.
