I ordered ahead bc I was on my lunch break. I only waited for my fries ( which were perfect). The order was perfect, got back right on time!

I had a regular cheeseburger with bacon. Small fri and large soda. The cheeseburger was terrible. The cheese tasted like watered down can cheese. The burger was so soggy that I could not eat it. The fries were so salty I had to throw them out. My daughter had a single patty cheese burger, and it was also thrown out. The only thing that was good was the price. They made mine a meal for 6$. Will not go back.

I've been to a ton of Five Guys and this is the best one I've been to. First of all the burger itself was the most neat and appealing burger I've had assembled at Five Guys. Usually it's all smashed and looks like a car ran it over. I didn't have that experience here. Also the employees were very nice and friendly. The food was good and I had way too many fries and I ordered a small

A Great Place to Eat if you want to have a private conversation.

I have been to Five Guys on numerous occasions. The restaurant and comfort rooms are clean and comfortable with good lighting. I am greeted with a cherry hello when I enter the restaurant, something not often seen in a fast-food place. Five Guys offers free peanuts from a giant box near the front counter along with piles of bagged potatoes.
The restaurant offers basic burgers and hotdogs which are prepared as ordered so the food is always fresh. The French fries for some reason are usually served somewhat soggy but you can special order them well done if you like your fries crisp.

The wait time for an order is usually around five minutes during which time you can seat yourself at a table. The cost for a basic hamburger and fries runs around $15 which implies that a group of four having a basic hamburger, fries and soda would run you around $80.
The staff is pleasant and friendly.
Five Guys never uses frozen potatoes or frozen hamburger patties, which I think is a big part of why the food tastes great: definitely a notch above McDonalds and Burger King.

Yet, despite the great food and nice atmosphere, I have noticed that despite being in a very busy shopping center, the restaurant seems to have very few customers even at lunch and dinner hours. I ascribe this situation to the fact that the cost of dining at Five Guys simply exceeds the average family food budget and due to the large number of fast-food units that consumers can choose from; many of which have lower priced menu items. A FIVE STAR place except for the high prices.

Bottom line, if you want to have a private conversation along with a great burger, or just don’t like crowds, Five Guys is the place to go.

It's a new Five Guys. Very friendly staff and very clean on the inside. Too many kids running around and very very crowded inside. Not quiet at all. 2 people costs $15 just for Burgers without fries or soda. Halfway decent burger saves this place from being just another overpriced novelty burger joint not unlike Wayback Burger. I wouldnt eat here, I'd take it home and eat there.
