Messina Acupuncture PC

I’ve recently gone to Messina Acupuncture for ongoing neck and shoulder pain I’ve been struggling with for years from sitting for work that I’ve gone to PT for, massage therapy, you name it I’ve tried it. I attempted to go to another acupuncturist on Long Island and almost gave up because although the doctor was great the staff was not helpful and it was very discouraging. I found Messinas group and the first thing I noticed is how unbelievably kind the reception desk is which is unheard of these days. They are helpful, patient, and friendly and you can tell they actually care. It literally doesn’t feel like medical care it feels like you’re at a 5 star resort booking a massage. The best part isn’t even their professionalism it’s the skills of Dan. I can only speak to my care with him but after only two sessions he has taken away my shoulder and neck pain that has lingered for years and the pain hasn’t come back. He’s very smart and skilled at what he’s doing and you can also tell he cares a lot. I’m looking forward to continuing care and treating other areas. Also I don’t go through insurance so trust me when I say I wouldn’t be going to this office if it wasn’t unmatched and I highly recommend and wish I found them sooner!

Dan Messina, co-workers and staff are great. They listen first then decide on the best treatment to ease my pain. After each visit I feel better and leave with advice on how to work through my issues. They always make me feel at ease.

Dan at Messina Acupuncture is very knowledgeable and helpful with any ache or pain you have. I deal with chronic migraines and Dan helped me pinpoint a potential cause and developed a strategy to help me treat and prevent pain. He thoroughly explained his process and made me feel like I was in very good hands. After one session, he helped ease tension I had in my neck and taught me stretches to do at home.

Messina Acupuncture is the best healing practice. From the moment you walk in you’re greeted by very friendly staff and knowledgeable for me it’s the most comfortable environment that I need to get healed.
