Lauren Zummo Acupuncture

I first started acupuncture almost two years ago while navigating infertility, and after moving out of Nassau County, I needed to find someone closer during a critical point in my journey. I took a chance on Dr. Zummo right before my first IVF transfer, and I’m so glad I did. She is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable—especially when it comes to fertility and birth. I felt so supported by her and was so glad she was part of my care team I built. We did several sessions leading up to my transfer, around the transfer date, and throughout my first trimester after I found out I was pregnant. I even saw her for two induction sessions before my son was finally born to help things move along naturally—a true full circle moment. I’ll absolutely continue seeing her for postpartum recovery and future transfers. So grateful to have found her!

I cannot recommend Dr. Zummo more highly. My 14 year old daughter and I both see her for acupuncture, cupping, and other therapies as needed. She is kind, smart and fully explains all of the detail details related to treatment. She cares deeply for her patients and their well-being and provides a great service to our community. I was referred to Lauren from a friend of mine. I was having lower back issues that I couldn’t seem to get straightened out. After one session on her table, my lower back was alleviated. She is giving me great advice on exercise techniques to loosen up and also strengthen the lower back area. I’ve been coming for five sessions now, she also referred me to a nutritionist working with as well. Dr. Lauren Zummo is fantastic! She truly wants to help you feel your best. She really listens to you so that she knows what is bothering you. During my acupuncture treatment for migraines, Dr. Zummo was compassionate and professional. She explained everything she was doing, and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Her office, with heated and scented treatment tables, made the session even more relaxing. I felt amazing after seeing her, and look forward to the help treatment will give me for my migraines.
