Came in for an oil change, Ed in the service department desk was awesome as usual. The whole service department crew are always top notch.

I honestly did not expect problems with my ioniq 5, being an EV. I only expected needing tire rotations every so often and the coolant flush, so when I went for my first tire rotation and experienced heavy vibrations driving at low highway speed (60-65 mph), I wasn't sure what to expect when taking it back for service. But Healy made it easy, giving me a rental while corporate tried to determine what was wrong. In the end, I got two problem tires replaced under warranty and the vibration problem gone. When my 12 volt battery started dying, I just took it back here, and they again got me set up with a new battery under warranty. I've heard of issues with other dealerships, but I trust Healey to keep my Ioniq 5 running.

There was definitely some communication issues with this location regarding phone calls and getting calls back, however the service department team was very kind and accommodating in person. I presume they may just be a busy busy location and are away from their phones because they’re busy,, as a lot of other auto repair shops are!!! So I understand and I certainly appreciate all of the help they provided!!! My car was returned in wonderful condition, and when I could get them on the phone they were very helpful and thorough. Being there I could see that everyone was busy, but always so kind and accommodating and I very very much appreciate all of their hard work!!!! I would like to personally shoutout Kayla and Michael!! And all of the repair people who worked on my vehicle, everyone I interacted with was very kind, I appreciate this service team and all the work they do, thank you.
