Very clean just like the other reviews said. Cool old school soap dispenser. They do have a change machine. Got the laundry clean. Answered all my questions. Good!

The woman I spoke to yesterday for laundry was so kind and interesting to speak with. Will totally come back! Can you really beat 25 cents for 8 minutes of drying time? Need I say more??? Me and my wallet love it there. 🥰

I own the Plume House Inn, a Bed & Breakfast in Thomaston. I recently had guests from Sydney, Australia, who needed laundry services. I referred them to the Holiday Laundromat. They said in their worldly travels they have never have experienced such "lovely" laundry services. They said everything was so very clean, neatly folded, and they were also impressed when they received an envelope with money they had left in their pocket. I will now refer these services to all my guests and use them myself as well. Thank you holiday laundromat for making such a nice impression on my very special guests!

3 years ago I gave this place a five-star with this quote "Really sweet employees" "clean,neat" But this last year with the turnover of new employees this has all changed. Employees act as if they're doing us a favor and do not follow instructions when laundry is dropped off . I could list 5 other issues. I do not recommend

The place is alright, it seemed clean and had a lot of washers, dryers and parking. Also very convenient considering where I live in town. Some of the machines don't show prices and one of the larger ones reset my settings when I hit start button. Some of the dryers don't seem to work, but you don't know until you put the quarters in. I only went here to wash some larger comforters that couldn't fit in my machine. They didn't even come out that clean. The woman behind the counter was a little rude.
