He's So informative. He works very well with My 2 dogs,
Ozzy & Kimber. The staff is even great!

It is rare to find an office where we like all of the doctors and staff… But this is one of those rare offices! The doctors are fantastic! They have not sold out so you know that you will see one of these two doctors every time you bring your fur baby in. They are both incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. The same can be said for the rest of the staff! Each time we have had to put one of our dogs down we have not returned to that office because it was too hard to go back in, so over the years we have been to several. In May we had to put one of our boys down, but this office is so wonderful we cannot give it up. I highly recommend Litchfield Hills Veterinary Hospital.

Dr Ammirata and Heather have been amazing working with our senior rescue pup. Quincy is now a happy boy receiving the care he needed. They are always very timely and explain everything to us thoroughly when we have visited (5 time in 2 months) working on getting Quincy back on track. Thanks for all they do isn't enough.

I As a client for 15 years the staff and Dr Kraut continue to give amazing care! They are always friendly professional generous with time and care of the patients. The medical team is always knowledgeable and supportive sharing information to educate the clients . I’m always grateful and appreciative of the exceptional service we receive. Even when the health of my pet is facing serious health issues or wounds or surgery, especially when there is euthanasia involved I find that the staff and Dr Kraut are extremely supportive and treat my pet as if it was their own. While these are extremely fragile situations for the animal and owner the entire staff is there to make sure that the experience is the best it can be! Everyone is hardworking, pleasant and over all wonderful!!! My animals love to go!!!

I really can’t put into words how appreciative I am for these doctors and their entire staff. Whether it’s my cats or my sugar gliders they have always been on point, caring, quick, efficient and sympathetic. I am grateful to everyone in that building. They have always gone above and beyond for my family.
Even in situations above their expertise Dr. Kraut has still done his best to assess the situation and give me his best advice. I cannot recommend them enough for any animal needs. They have done so much for my family, I am so appreciative of that staff.
I can’t recommend them enough. Prices, needing a emergency appointment, meds, appointment times, returning calls, notifying us of situations immediately, answering questions, crisis situations, being sympathetic…. They’ve done it all for us.
