I bought a Steiner 450 and Rough-cut deck from M&H and I can say that it was definitely worth the trip from Albany NY to Litchfield CT to get it. The After-Sale customer service is outstanding, even years later. The Sales, Parts and Service staff are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Service Rep Aaron Plunkett has been my go-to guy, and he never disappoints. I always look to M&H for all of my Outdoor Power Equipment needs.
I called M&H because I was interested in a Stinger Aerator they had in stock. They answered my call promptly and scheduled a time for the salesman Andy to come out and demo the machine at my property. Andy showed up on time and was very knowledgeable about the machine he was showing me. After a thorough demonstration I decided to purchase the machine. We were able to complete all of the paperwork right there and finalize the deal. The fact that a company would drive an hour to come demo a machine for me was a huge deciding factor in me wanting to do business with them. It really shows they want to sell the machine and make sure I am happy with my purchase. I will definitely consider them for all of my upcoming equipment purchases for my business.
