Hey everyone, this is my second time at this shop..and let me tell you great price. Great work on time is very friendly... There's no reason to get a quote nowhere else best price in town
friendly down-to-earth great customer service Haven't actually had any worked on but I'm about to and this is going to be my go-to mechanic now that I live in Torrington and finally need a mechanic I believe in building relationships with honest mechanics and ones who also obviously do excellent work and I can already tell just for my experience visiting there and and speaking with Taylor and Gerry That this is the place for me I'll update this afterward but it's not going to change it's definitely worth going and check it out I believe it's family owned as well They have a few pups there and it's more than likely in house really nice place really nice people Sort of a diamond in the rough nowadays or really anytime when it comes to mechanics and body shops in general They do both and offer some other services as well. Definitely check them out.

I needed emergency help in the middle of my workday due to being hit while parked during a home health visit. Gerry helped me immediately and was able to fix the damage so that I could return to my schedule. I was really amazed at the quality and kindness of this establishment. I will return and I highly recommend to anyone who requires work on their vehicle!
I shopped around to a few places before I stumbled upon this one, and I'm so glad I did! Gerry was very patient with me when he looked over my car and explained my options. He really worked with me to fit the repair into my budget and I could NOT be more pleased with the results! Not only did they do a beautiful job painting my car, fixing a fender and cutting out and replacing a piece of my rear fender that was rusting, but they also fixed my headlights that had become foggy over time. I didn't even ask for that! They just cared enough to make the repair so I'd be safer out on the road. I'm VERY pleased with their work and DEFINITELY recommend them. Thanks, Gerry!
