Three years ago I helped a friend buy a Prius Plug-in from Pat right in the middle of Covid when dealers all over the place were gouging people for these cars, sometimes asking 10K over the listing price. Not so Pat. I asked Pat why he was being so fair and honest. He explained it very simply. He doesn't do that, nor would he. Having high standards was what was important to him. I recently called him to help yet another friends who looking to buy a used Prius. Pat went out of his way to help us once we ended up finding something that we were looking for which ended up being from another dealer. So Pat just advised out for no benefit of his own. If I or any of my friends are buying another car... you know where we're going.
Matt and his service team are phenomenal. We bring our 2013 RAV4 there for service. Was there this morning. Easy in/easy out. Very pleasant staff and Matt’s great!Informative. Friendly and knowledgeable. Wouldn’t even consider going elsewhere.
