Juan Jimenez is the best worker I’ve ever seen in my life. He is excellent with people and is very knowledgeable in the field he works in. On top of that he is a very handsome individual and I know he has a bright future waiting for him. Love people like this guy

Juan Jimenez does an incredible job taking care of everyone around him. He goes out of his way to make sure everyone has a smile on their face and taken care of, he brings an incredible presences every time he’s around you need more people like him!! Can’t say enough good things about him!!

My mom stayed here for over two years. The aides were fantastic to her. She was able to walk again with the help of PT and she enjoyed the meals and her hot chocolate! Medical staff made sure her medications were up to date and were dispensed on time.
Obviously "Home" is always the best choice but when that option can not be a reality; this is a wonderful second choice. It was clean and warm. She had all the comforts of home.
Most important, as long as Mom was happy that eliminated the stress on all of us!

My mother-in-law has been at Valley Vista for about a year. She is a very difficult woman, and the staff and administration have gone out of their way to accommodate her. They handled all the paperwork to apply for Medicaid. All her care needs are being met, the facility seems clean and well-run, and my wife and I are thankful to have a place like this, that we can afford, to take care of Mom.

The staff were really helpful when my husband needed assistance with his father-in-law. This is the right place that provides more professional, personable & caring staff! Really appreciate our old friend who recommended us of Valley Vista.

Whenever there was any needs of my husband's father-in-law, they always timely found good solution. Last time when my husband and I were visiting him, he wanted to take a shower, but we found there was a problem with the internal calling system, their tech staff coordinated with the device company right away while another two staff took care of his shower needs. The system functions were all recovered in about one and a half hours. Very impressive!

With the time, not only was their assistance invaluable to us but we learned a lot about how we could better take care of and understand what he was going through at the time.
