Gina is fantastic to work with. She helps you practice yoga but encourages you to become a better you through that practice. I have become stronger physically and mentally in the years I have been practicing with Hidden Haven Yoga.
Love this studio! Gina makes you immediately feel welcomed. She pushes you to be your best but making sure you don’t hurt yourself. I thoroughly enjoy her classes! She has made me stronger and a better runner. You rock Gina!!
