Great friendly boxing gym with knowledgeable people. All the athletes more friendly and there's a lot of camaraderie
First off, I want to be clear that I’m not a current attendee or member of this gym. I recently assisted the owners, Anthony and his wife, with some documents, and we completed everything on-site. While there, I had the chance to observe Anthony speaking with both members and potential new ones on the phone, as well as hear him talk passionately about working with kids. His dedication was very evident.
The gym itself was clean, organized, and welcoming. On a return visit, I noticed even more members training and saw Anthony working one-on-one with a young boy. It was clear that both he and his wife genuinely love what they do and are committed to creating a positive environment.
I also asked Anthony about membership and the women’s sessions on Wednesdays. The pricing was very reasonable, and the membership includes a lot of value. The overall atmosphere feels family-oriented—focused not only on fitness and boxing but also on helping kids stay off the streets and engaged in something productive.
Although I’m not a member, if I lived closer, I would definitely consider signing my own kids up. Personally, I may join the women’s session myself in the future. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll feel welcome, get a great workout, and be part of a supportive community, this gym is worth checking out.
Great place everyone is so friendly and working hard together
This boxing club is the best kept secret in the entire Hudson Valley. An instant bond of brotherhood and sisterhood is available to every member, new or existing. Group workouts are often spontaneous, and scheduled workouts will definitely make you work. It's hard to find a finer group to work out with.
My grandson started here one year ago and he loves it.
