I recently had an issue with my bill that suddenly increased about four or five times higher than usual, and I was honestly very frustrated when I called. Natasha, my State Farm representative, was out on vacation at the time, but her team immediately stepped in to help. The woman I spoke with (I wish I remembered her name!) was incredibly polite, professional, and reassuring from the very beginning. She listened to my concerns, told me she would look into it, and within just a couple of hours she personally called me back to let me know everything had been resolved.

This level of customer service is exactly why I stay with State Farm and why I value Natasha and her team so much. Even while she was away, her office made sure I was taken care of quickly and with kindness. It turned a frustrating situation into a reminder of how much they care about their customers. Outstanding service all around—definitely five stars!

Was shopping for both new home and car insurance since mine currently have doubled. I called six different agencies and received calls baclk from three. Keisha at this agency called back immediately and prepared quotes for me quickly. The rates were not only excellent but the service provided by Keisha was efficient and knowledgeable.
