True Peace Nail Lounge Hair Salon & Spa

My fiancee gifted me an amazing spa day here !! It was my First time here today, and couldn’t have enjoyed it any more !! Ben did my pedicure and manicure , and it was amazing! Gabriella did my head treatment . She was so gentle and it was so relaxing I wanted to go to sleep ! Also had my eyebrows done and I just can’t say enough good things, such a pleasant setting . I will def be back! 🤗💜

This is going to be a lengthy review with tons of pictures! I normally don’t ever review places but I’m so disappointed!!
This was my first time ever visiting true peace, I was excited to go based off of reviews in the local community pages. I came for a gel pedicure. As a new mom who often doesn’t go out, I was excited to treat myself. I was greeted by a front desk woman who was so nice and welcoming! She set me up a profile which I thought was great & it seems you can get messages for future appts. Shortly after, I was taken to the pedicure room by Ben who was amazing! He was friendly, energetic, knowledgeable, and you can tell he loves his job! He was telling me all about what true peace offers and all about gel nails! After speaking with him, I thought to myself “I’m glad I came here”, and I had high hopes. He told me Jaime was going to come and do my pedicure and that’s when it went downhill. She started by cutting my toe nails, with not a clipper, but a CUTICLE cutter!! But hey, whatever works, so I didn’t think anything of it…until she cut me! (You’ll see in the photos) she kept going over the cut and I had to pull my foot away. After she was done she put a small dollop of lotion on my legs only, she never once touched or massaged my feet. She didn’t even massage my legs she just rubbed once to get the lotion rubbed in. I was shocked & disappointed as we all know the foot rub is one of the best parts even if it’s for 1 min. She then started painting and did 2-3 coats of white gel & then cured with the UV light. After she was done painting she put cuticle oil on and I was almost certain she didn’t do a top coat. I didn’t want to say anything because at that point I wasn’t 100% sure she didn’t do one because I looked away at my phone. I’m sure the cameras can confirm this. After the oil she just got up walked away and turned back to say “ok thank you”. So I assumed I was done. I paid, tipped and left saying hmm that was the most lack luster pedicure ever. I waited till I got home to inspect my nails due to the rain and I know for certain there was no top coat because my nails (hours later) are sticky and every little thing is sticking to them! With gel this has never happened. My one toe is raw with a painful cut. Every single toe is slanted diagonal, un even and some nails not even fully painted on the sides as you can see in the photos. I’m highly upset! I’ve never experienced this. As a business manager, I would suggest that Jaime gets retrained on how to properly paint nails & ensure she hits every step like the most important, the top coat! I went here for the first time and was very satisfied and pleased with my nails. Ben did an amazing job , he was quick, fun, professional, and clean. It’s a very pretty salon, I found out they do head spas too so I’ll be back for sure. Great service, thank you

True Peace Nail Salon is absolutely amazing. The entire staff are so welcoming always say hi always as if I need water or coffee and just care about everyone that walks in. When I go there it's like seeing my friends. We laugh, we listen to music it's just a fun vibe. I see Rachel who goes above and beyond to make sure I'm happy. I am a pain when it comes to my nails, but she doesn't care she just wants her customers to be happy. If she isn't available all other nail techs are just as capable I will never go to another salon. Aside from everyone being so nice and caring the salon is stunning inside and so clean. Everyone needs to try True Peace Nail Salon
