By far the best experience I have ever had with a stylist! It was my first time doing a wig install with her and she really went above and beyond. When you love what you do, it definitely shows! She is so accommodating, genuine and truly amazing at what she does. Her work speaks for itself, my hair has never looked more beautiful and natural! You will feel right at home with her, I can’t wait to book with her again.

On 08/06/24, I went to get my hair done in Bridgeport at Fluff Mink. The stylist assured me that the wig was of high quality, but that wasn't the case at all. Not only was I overcharged, but when I stepped out, my boyfriend noticed that my hair had a lot of what seemed like gel buildup. The lace was over bleached, and she had sprayed some sort of black paint spray on the hair, making it look terrible. My boyfriend didn't want me to stress and cry since we was going on a trip the very next day, so he quickly searched for beauty salons nearby, and lo and behold, we found this gem, WIG CANDI.

We called and explained my situation, and without any hesitation, she told me to stop by so she could take a look (mind you it was very last min) so I was very grateful that she told me to come in. From the moment I walked in, I felt reassured. She immediately took down the install, washed it, and explained to me in detail what the previous stylist had done wrong. Her expertise was evident, and she worked meticulously to fix the damage. By the time she was done, my hair looked 1000000x better, it literally looked like it was coming out of my scalp.

She is the sweetest person ever and showed such kindness and professionalism throughout the entire process. I am beyond grateful for her help and she has gained a client for life. Thank you so much !

First time booking my daughter an appointment to get her hair braided with Lonii. First off, I want to say what a beautiful salon!!! Amazing Customer service!! Lonii was so sweet, she did such an amazing job on my daughter hair, my daughter just loves her style!!! I will definitely be returning!!!
