Dr. Aung was easy to talk with even though she was not our primary care doctor. She set my wife up for xrays immediately to determine whether or not there was a potential problem and we had the results the following morning. Thank you Dr. Aung for your caring.
The greeting I received as I entered the office was unfriendly. I have been a patient at that office for almost 30 years. It costs nothing and takes no more time out of one’s schedule to be courteous to someone. The nurse and Dr. Aung we’re delightful and helpful.
I messaged Dr. Aung about a med I was changing. She replies within a few
hours and ordered a new RX. It was not something that had to be addressed immediately, but I was pleased with the quick response. I love being able to message the doctor and to not have to wait on the phone , especially for something like this.
Dr Aung is the best. She is caring and compassionate. She takes her time and really listens.
She is thorough in her care and makes recommendations based on her expertise. She involves the patient in these decisions. And she is always available for questions and concerns and is very responsive to answer them at appointments and in between. It is clear that she cares very much about her patients and wants the best for them. I recommend her highly!!
Dr. Nini Aung is my new doctor since Dr.O'Regan retired. I've had a few appointments this past year and I am very confident in her abilities and professionalism. Dr. Aung listens and discusses issues or concerns I have. She is kind and caring, too. I am glad by chance she has become my primary care physician.
