This oil company and all their employees, from delivery, accounting and repairmen have been excellent! And very responsive! Even came out in the snowstorm to repair our furnace and went above and beyond!!! Can’t say enough. Thank you!!
Whenever I have needed service, regardless of the time of day or night, one of the technicians has immediately called me back and given me an arrival time, always within ninety-minutes and usually within 60. I have never been kept waiting. Their technicians are true professionals staying with the job until we are up and running. They explain everything that must be done and I am amazed with the availability of parts they carry in the service trucks. I have and will continue to recommend Quinoco to my friends and family.
I’m a new customer- techs Rob and Dave installed a gas tank yesterday- they were terrific. The sales rep and office staff has likewise been excellent. So far it’s been a great experience!
I was delighted with the service i received from Quinoco yesterday. I called because I was not getting hot water in my showers. The technician arrived within 20 minutes. He was polite, and fixed the problem (the furnace needed a new part), and fixed it within a half hour.
AAron is great. He did a nice job installing Central AC over the summer and is always friendly. Good to see a familiar face when you need service for heat and hot water. He is quick to come to the house and to fix the problem. He takes extra time to explain what happened and I appreciate that.
