Sitting Duck Tavern

Met a friend for a bite to eat.
We sat at the bar and had David as our barkeep and server .
The small plates we ordered were fantastic. Ive never had Duck wings before and enjoyed.
David was very attentive and makes an awesome Paloma.
Will definitely go back and hope to have David as our server again !
Overall fantastic experience.

Came here with the family for dinner on September 27th, and unfortunately, the experience was very inconsistent.

The service was poor at best. We were told our food would be out in five minutes, but that turned into a 20+ minute wait after our waiter came back twice to tell us it would be out "shortly." Once the food finally arrived, our waitress checked on us immediately before anyone had a chance to even take a bite, and that was the only time she came by.

The food itself was a 50/50. My medium-rare steak tips came out well-done, with some pieces being extra chewy. The fries were the best part of my plate. My daughter's burger, which we ordered medium, was incredibly undercooked and looked more like it was just warmed up on the outside (see photo). She couldn't eat it, and I ended up giving her some of my overcooked steak, which she also didn't eat.

On the positive side, my wife's medium steak tips were cooked perfectly, and my father-in-law and son both really enjoyed their dishes. The absolute highlight of the entire dinner was the pretzel appetizer, it was fantastic.

Overall, while some of our party had a good meal, the poor service and the fact that two of our main dishes were cooked incorrectly make it hard to recommend. If you're just looking for a great pretzel and a drink, this might be the spot. For a reliable family dinner, I'd be hesitant to return.

This beatifully clean and airy place was on our list because of duck wings. The whole meal was awesome! Duck wings, bang bang shrimp(WILL be ordering again), chicken sandwich, and a regular burger(patty was delicious). Almost forgot the perfectly well done truffle fries(SO worth it). Server was fabulous as well. Must stop if you're in that area hungry. Price was reasonable.

Our server was awesome. The two steak dishes that we ordered were very tasty. The cut of beef that was used was so chewy that my wife and I could only eat half of our serving. The beef was much better in our past visits.

We've just discovered this spot and it's lovely. The food, service, and atmosphere were all good, at this location.
We had their truffle fries were delicious. It didn't take too long for our meal to be delivered 👍🏼!
If you're looking for a place to find some good food, this is a good spot!
