I had a fantastic experience at Smooth Vaporz in Waterbury, CT! The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find the perfect vape setup for my needs. Whether you’re a beginner or a long-time vaper, they have a wide selection of vape pens, pod systems, box mods, and a huge variety of e-liquids with different flavors and nicotine levels.

What really stood out was how clean and organized the store was, and how patient the staff were in explaining the differences between devices. I also love that they carry nicotine salt e-juices and offer great advice for anyone trying to switch from smoking to vaping.

Jacob is an awesome professional and made me feel very welcome in his store, they just moved I believe so definitely check them out, great service and a lot of varieties of vape juices and salt nics

Went in looking to upgrade my mod, the lady was wicked nice. Walked me through everything and got me the exact model I needed. Very knowledgeable, plenty of flavors to choose from. 10/10

My visit today was fantastic. I went in looking for some new juice and a coil. The guy who helped me was very knowledgeable and was able to help me find a flavor I loved within minutes. He also answered all the questions I had about new mods and I will definitely be back!
They have a wide selection of juices as well as devices. Not to mention great promotions as well!
