My first visit and it went very well.
Friendly and informative staff.
Hygienist was great and the dentist went over my X-rays and pictures and discussed future
procedures.
Love the staff, from the front office to the dentists themselves, everyone is kind, caring and patient! Would never think of going anywhere else (even when they were partially out of our network, it was worth it!) 100% recommend!!
This was the best dental experience I ever had. This was my first time with this office and I chose it because it was 5 minutes from my house and they had a 4.9 rating. Now I know why. I successfully scheduled an appointment online Saturday for the following Wednesday. The office called me immediately and because I had pain, offered to see me Monday afternoon! I completed all intake paperwork online and had to do nothing at the office but be seen! The hygienist and the Dr. were patient, informative and intentional making sure I felt comfortable during my visit, and left well informed. They did the most thorough exam I ever had, and I left with a proposed treatment plan and a follow up appointment scheduled. If you have a fear of dentistry like I did this is the best place to try guaranteed.
Dr. Salesky and his team are absolute angels. I have struggled with dental phobia most of my life after some early bad and painful experiences with other dentists. It led to me feeling shame and embarrassment over my teeth and struggling to make routine appointments. When we found southington dentistry and decided to try Dr. Salesky, I hoped it would be better but truly didn’t know how much of a difference he would come to make. His team has always been kind, reassuring, and non judgmental. They go out of their way to check on you and always make sure you’re comfortable. We came up with a plan involving sedation dentistry to help with my anxiety. Dr. Salesky called me to ensure I was doing ok and to reassure me both before my appointment and a few hours after I got home. I know I am in good, kind, and gentle hands with the team at Southington Dentistry. Not only have they given me my confidence back, but they set me up for lifelong dental health. I will forever be grateful. Thank you Dr. Salesky and to the whole team who have worked with me, answered my countless questions, and reassured me when I became anxious.
I just had my first visit at Southington Dentistry for an exam and cleaning. I have pretty bad anxiety from past dental experiences, and honestly, this was the first time since I was a kid at my pediatric dentist that I’ve felt genuinely comfortable in a dental office. The staff was kind, patient, and very professional, and the whole place has a calm, welcoming atmosphere. I’ll update this review after my future treatments, but so far, I’m really happy with the experience.
