Incredible pizza and let's be honest we're in Connecticut the bar is high but this place didn't disappoint. Quality ingredients, real cheese and generous toppings. Service was responsive and super friendly too!
It was our first time there, and for our first time, it was perfect. We ordered the garlic parm chicken wings as an appetizer, asked for them extra crispy. When those came out, it was perfection to my eyes, you can see they were crispy and crunchy. That first bite, that crunch, goodness gracious...AMAZING!!! We also ordered the Meat Lover's pizza...WOW!!!
It was packed with meat and for it to be packed with meat, the pizza was NOT GREASY!!! We loved what we ordered and definitely coming back again. The hospitality there was great and the place was very clean..10 out of 10 for our first visit!
I just have to say the pizza is amazing here. Here’s a little story. I heard some good reviews about this pizza and I had to try. So I ordered on DoorDash. Unfortunately my dasher stole my pizza and never delivered. I called the pizza shop due to it not being their fault they still made me a pizza. They will continue to get my business ( though I will be picking it up myself from now on) and I will make sure to send business their way. Thank you so much Tomato and Garlic!!!
The service, quantity, price and presentation are all 4-5 stars. The reason I gave three stars is because in my pizza loving opinion, the flavor was kinda bland. My wife agrees as well. I hope that by giving this constructive criticism, consideration is given towards improving the sauce and some of the toppings like the sausage/hamburger and the buffalo chicken. The crust was nice.
This Restaurant made our wallet, hearts and belly’s happy!! All the food came to like 70-bucks.
Pizza would be called more Greek-style and I LOVE IT!! The crust is perfect with that signature crackle when you bite in mmmm sooo good!! A perfect under carriage would be worthy of a Dave Portnoy brag!
We tried the basic CHEESE PIZZA ($15ish) to level set and were beyond pleased to see ZERO oily grease build up. Cheese was high quality and full of flavor!
Then we had a SAUSAGE ‘n SHROOM w/ light onion and surprisingly both red and green fresh peppers ($20ish)- 10/10 fire! The sausage is key here because so many competitors use garbage pork products. Not this Restaurant! Sausage was great and 100% made the pizza sensational.
We tried the MANICOTTI ($15ish) and it was fresh! I’ll post a pic of the filling because that’s key. It wasn’t that frozen gelatinous muck cheese you’ll get from many places but it was a surprisingly delightful dry ricott, with parsley and spices. 10/10 would order it again *chef kiss
MEATBALL ‘ PEPP grinder ($10ish) was jam packed w full flavor w delicious meatballs. No frozen rubbery ones!
Sm side salad was super fresh too and not sm at all. Could have used pitted kalamata olives and house made dressings but hey, it was fire too with 0 brown wilt on the lettuce
10/10 will dine here again!!!!!! Special thanks to Alex and Nick for being welcoming, funny and friendly- customer service rocks!
We took it all to go so, it was hard take a pic of how clean the inside is and not include customers but trust me, this place was clean… & busy!
