This crazy long, outstanding review, is about the towing part of this business. I am SO impressed! I ended up with A&B, and specifically BRAD, after another towing company tried to pick up and told me they didn't have the right equipment. This experience has completely changed my perspective on how easy the process can be with the right people. A+++ Amazing!

I originally called for roadside assistance to get towed to my usual mechanic, but my car was located in a really REALLY tight spot (a full 1/2 mile long, single lane, overgrown dirt road for a driveway, and the car was in an inconvenient spot that was going to make everything really difficult, but I had a completely broken strut and the car was at that point not really driveable to adjust location).

***THIS PARAGRAPH IS NOT ABOUT A&B, BUT FOR THE SAKE OF COMPARISON*** The first company tried and said their truck wouldn't fit, and insurance would need to find a different company with a smaller truck - even though the initial request specified a smaller truck was necessary, and even after I called them directly and explicitly warned them about the extremely difficult conditions (Illustrious Towing was the first company, I've dealt with them a bunch of times and I'm not a fan - and I came to find out they explicitly ignored the small truck request and assumed they could do it anyway). I waited nearly 2 hours after confirmation only to have them say nevermind 50 yards into my driveway.

OK so now i have to wait for insurance to find an entirely new towing service. By the time A&B was called by insurance it was already almost 8pm (first call to insurance for assistance was right at 5pm) I called A&B immediately to warn them about the difficult conditions and the need for a smaller flatbed, and their response was "we'll get it out, one way or another" (that's the right attitude!). Brad showed up in 15 minutes(!!!!). When he got to the beginning of my driveway, he originally was going to be proactive and try to back down my 1/2 mile driveway-from-hell, but I convinced him not to put himself through that. He handled the driveway like it was no big deal, and k-turned in a tight side yard like it was a giant empty parking lot so I wouldn't have to try and move the car. I work in construction, have driven/operated plenty of big trucks and heavy machinery, and Brad tackled this like he was driving a Fiat on an open runway. Effortless. I was so impressed. He was personable and friendly throughout, and clearly an extremely experienced professional at this. Brad treated the circumstances like they were just a slightly more interesting situation than normal, and they were easily overcome (once again, after another big towing company made it seem extremely difficult).

The entire process was so efficient, and i basically stood there and watched, when I had expected to be quite involved based on past experience with other companies. This was, hands down, the most pleasant and easy towing experience I've ever had. 10 out of 10, there isn't a single thing I could ask for improvement on. Great attitude, no crankiness, professional and expert service by Brad!

I'm a relatively young woman, and I've dealt with a decent amount of stereotyping and misogyny in my adult life when it comes to expected automotive knowledge, and general comprehension and capabilities under similar circumstances (unfortunate but true), but I got nothing but genuine respect from Brad throughout. It was a refreshing experience to say the least. This is how service should be provided! As noted by my neverending review, I can't say enough good things about this experience, I have a completely different view on what's possible now, and I wish all companies, in every industry, tackled their customer interaction the same way!

TLDR: This towing company completely exceeded my expectations in the best way possible, and I can't say enough good things about my interaction with Brad and A&B. I was recommending them within 10 minutes of leaving to my family members. Excellent experience!
