Owner, staff, couldn't be nicer. Highly recommended, no BS. (They love dogs too :-) )
Al, is really a passionate mechanic. He solved my GMC Acadia traction control problem after many hours of research and testing. Very reliable and trustworthy
I have used their services more times than I like, and have ALWAYS found Al and his crew complete experts, fair and honest.
I would trust whatever they tell me, or charge me.
I had a flat tire on Rte 31 at the turnoff for Hopewell. By the time I got to Hopewell the tire was totally flat and I was driving on the rim. I pulled over and went into a store and asked for help. The store owner provided it in the form of Duncan from Boro Collision at 56 Model Street in Hopewell, NJ. He came right over and put my spare tire on and said he would order me a new tire and put that on too. He advised me to stay off the road if I could, to not drive over 50 mph, on the spare and he took a picture of my tire( all four of which were brand new)and said he would call me when the tire came in. He called the next afternoon and I drove slowly over to Hopewell and Duncan put the new tire on. I met the owner and ascertained that they have an emergency towing service and do oil changes. So now I have a good, reliable mechanic nearby whom I trust and like. A win/win for everyone😀 and I’m glad i had that flat tire.
I called only to inquire. Mr. Campbell invited me to drop off my car at night with a note. The next day I received a full estimate, including a detailed explanation of necessary parts and that they would NOT be made in China. I received 4 text updates as work progressed and 1 seeking permission to replace my battery again, with a description of the replacement to be used. The next day I received a text my car was finished and test driven. The bill confirmed everything I was told orally, including a statement the parts were U.S. and not Chinese after-market. Mr. Campbell even offered to have someone pick me up at the Princeton train station to get my car. In all my years, I've never had a repair more professionally handled. I even benefited from a parts manufacturer's special available to him. The strut manufacturer had a special if Boro purchased a number of replacement parts, it would discount the parts to Mr. Campbell. Mr. Campbell told me about the incentive and passed the savings on to me. I got more service for less than I could have found elsewhere, and my car was returned without the usual grease stains you pick up elsewhere. Mr. Campbell has won me over.
