I can’t recommend Russo Brothers enough! Not only was the repair done quickly, but the quality of their work was great. My car drives like brand new, which I was worried about. The staff was super friendly, answering all my questions and keeping me updated throughout the process. Every time I called, someone picked up right away—I never had to wait forever to talk to a real person, which was such a relief. To top it all off, they detailed my car before I picked it up, which was such a nice surprise! This level of service is hard to come by— hopefully I won’t have to but I’ll definitely be returning for any future needs if something happens again!
Sandy and Jerry run the best auto repair shop on the Island! Honest, reasonable, knowledgeable, easy to deal with - and their team does a great job. They repaired my car after my accident and it truthfully looks better than before. Also, they are experts in dealing with insurance companies which really makes your easier. The staff at Russo brothers gave me the most comforting experience i have ever had with my car. They are honest, clean, and professional. i ended up letting them repair my vehicle not only did they do an amazing job but they washed my car inside and out. By far the kindest people!!
