Got quoted a ridiculous amount at dealership to repair a gash in the side door from an incident on a tight bridge... got a same-day estimate from Ruben at Brothers and was able to take it in a couple days later for repairs. Turned it around within 2 days with the exact repair requested PLUS he patched a crack on my bumper free of charge. I was terrified of the cost of the repair at the time and almost cried when it was totally affordable! Great customer service. Work was done with care. Thank you Brothers! Will be coming back for more service and recommending to all my friends & family

Went in with bubbles on ALL four tires (Bridgestone tires, [DO NOT get these, EVER]). Ruben advised that it was extremely dangerous to drive with bubbled tires and suggested to call the manufacturer to get them inspected since it was unlikely that all four tires were damaged. In the end, I had to replace all tires with a better quality/ brand, suggested by Ruben. I came in at 8AM and by 9:30AM I was on the road with my brand-new tires. As always, great job, super knowledgeable and great customer service. Everything was explained thoroughly, and I will be coming back for car maintenance and a great conversation.

Great service! Went to Bothers to get an oil change. It was done in a timely and professional manner . We had a very pleasant conversation with Ruben and he suggested that in a few months, I bring the car back to change my brakes, since they could still be used without issues, I definitely will go back for that! They made me feel confident and I trusted them to work on my car, without the sense of being taken advantage of because I know nothing about car maintenance, which is refreshing.
