Three years ago when we were just arrived in Lawrenceville, my wife's 2006 Honda Accord needed brakes. I Googled 'auto repair shops near me' and up popped Bob's. The brakes and rotors were replaced . Wayne is knowledgeable, skilled and friendly. Our aging Accord has been back several times for repairs to various things. I'm always happy with the work, the timely manner in which it's done, and the cost. Bob's Auto Service has my highest recommendation.
Owner is very capable and honest. Great service and fair price. I would definitely stick to this shop for future car maintenance. I needed oil change. They are very fair about pricing. My car have some other minor issues such as low tire pressure, etc. The owner took care of them.
Just gave them a call inquiring about a pre-purchase inspection I was looking to have done. They asked where I was getting the car from and were truthful in suggesting the fact I probably don't even need one done due to the reputation of the dealership I'm buying from, but if I still wanted one, they offered to at a much more fair price than local certified dealerships did. They could've very easily gave me a price and done some quick inspection just to pocket a few bucks but instead were honest and real in their opinion. I don't live in the area or else this simple transaction would've been enough to give them a shot the next time I need something done to my car.
I recently needed a complete brake system repair on MY BMW X5. I wish to thank Bob's for doing an excellent job and costing less than 50% of what BMW would have charged.
Not only did the complete the job faster than they estimated. The did an excellent job and charge me a much more reasonable price than BMW.
This is not the first time I have work done on my BMW by this shop, and each time they did thr job excellent, took good care of my vehicle during the time they were working on my car..
I highly recommend before having any basic mechanical repairs or maintenance done on your foreign try this shop first as the treat pepper honestly, fairly, and can help you save lots of money over car dealers typical costs for basic maintenance and repairs.
