Placed an order for 1 single part on 10/22, paid Extra for expedited shipping. Still have NOT RECEIVED MY PART! I’ve called several times during business hours & each time I get the answering machine & an unable to leave a message due to the mailbox being full! I’m glad I only ordered this one part instead of the $600 I was going to order. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere!
I have placed many orders here and have been happy enough to continue. However, my most recent order for a specific part number was filled with a substitute that I found was not compatible.
The substitution, suggested by their computer should have been preceded by an email for my approval. Now I'm stuck waiting for the correct part from someone else.

Ordered a part for my 07 MDX in Oct of 2021. Acura placed the part on a shipping restriction, delaying my order, and I couldn't find the part anywhere else for close to a year. They let me keep my order open and updated me every so often with continued delayed information. Received my part in Sept of 2022 in great working order!
