Needed a new liner for our inground pool. From start to finish, they have been here day after day working n updating us as it goes. Class act. Have been a customer for many, many years and will continue to do so.

Sean just left after giving me a tutorial on pool maintenance. He showed me that we had hooked up the hoses incorrectly and fixed that issue, then showed me how to vacuum the pool, test the water and work the filter. He was very patient and knowledgeable. Their store tests the water for free and they have everything you need to purchase “in house” for a beautiful, crystal clear pool. I highly recommend Kelly Pools and Spas.

I’ve been looking to switch pool companies for a while now and today I found Kelly pools! There are a couple of reason why I wanted to write this review. First, a real person answered the phone. That means so much to me! Also Kelly was very knowledgeable and answered my questions over the phone. I went right in and was met with a friendly staff member. Kelly also came out to help me. I was able to get my water tested and chemicals needed.
Second, I didn’t feel rushed or pressured. They took the time to hear me out and made me feel comfortable. I will absolutely be back! I found my new pool company!

Friendly, fast, & knowledgeable! They did NOT push extra chemicals on me like other places I’ve been, which I appreciate. They also gave me a recommendation for local pool repair during the busy season when they didn’t have immediate availability for their services. Trustworthiness is a big factor for me and I felt that here.

During these trying times with COVID19 and my husband home with a compromised immune system, Kelly Pools made it extremely easy for me to get my supplies that I needed after opening my pool and the water was in bad shape.... I was able to get my water tested get all the supplies I needed all through their curbside service. Kelly made me feel extremely comfortable with the way she handled getting my supplies that I needed with a non-contact service. God bless them and good luck on your store opening in our area.
