CWR Wholesale Distribution

I order wholsale marine electronics from CWR almost exclusively. The website is easily the best in the business and I always have excellent customer support from them. They really go above and beyond for their customers. Looking forward to the dealer training next February.

I needed a replacement motherboard for a Victron inverter located in a remote part of Africa. CWR Distribution worked with Victron for a replacement motherboard for an out-of-warrenty unit and ultimately shipped me one free of charge! Exceptional. I'm looking forward to a future Victron order with CWR. Thank you!

Edit: After posting this and reaching out to the manufacturer, CWR reimbursed me for the purchase of the faulty TV. For that reasons I am updating my review.

They don’t stand behind their products they sell. They don’t disclose shipping costs before ordering. Bought a TV from them that has yet to work, originally quoted $400, end cost was over $850. Now they will take back the tv but at my costs for all shipping. I’m in Canada so that cost is approx the same price as the original tv. The worst experience I have had with a distributor. Do not recommend.

We've been using their services for a few months now, I have to say they are top notch when it comes to orders and shipping. Their Website is very well structured, they are the best in their field on so many aspects. My only pain point is when there's an issue with the carrier (ie: lost in transit, no movement for a few weeks), things can drag along 1-2 months while they wait for a carrier resolution. Most of our other partners do not act like this and provide much faster resolutions. But overall, positive experience.

I used to own an online marine supply store and we did most of our business through CWR. They are absolutely the best. They are people of the highest integrity. When I had order problems they were always fair in making things right. Furthermore, and as an example of their ethics, my kids did Odyssey of the Mind, a competitive creative science program. They won the state competition and we needed to fly the team to the world competition, pay for hotel rooms, etc. CWR sent us a donation for $5000!!! They did not need to do that. I was a good customer, not a great one, but they saw kids doing something good and wanted to help. Enough said, if you're looking for a business partner, you cannot choose any better than CWR.
