I came in urgent care feeling so very ill - but left feeling so cared for! From the woman at the front desk, to the triage nurse, to Dr. Goldberg, every person's bedside manner was so, so kind.
I am feeling better knowing that the knowledgeable and sweet
staff have supported me when

The reason I gave 3 stars is I had to call multiple times, and I was given conflicted answers.
The doctor was good. There was no waiting time.
I went to get my yearly blood work done. At the time, I had asked how the results were shared. I was told I would get a call when the results were in. The doctor also mentioned they could fax or email them to me.
A week later, I didn't get a call, so I called to ask if the results came in.
Also, I gave my email address to email the results to me. They said they could email.
I didn't get an email after a few days, so I called again to see what the hold up was. This time, I am being told, I have to either go in to pickup or they can fax. They can not email. What!?!?! If they could not, shouldn't it be their responsibility to call and notify?
Communication after I left the clinic needs improvement.
I would not recommend this place.
Have now had a few experiences with Access Medical. (Dr Goldberg and Dr Reddy.) Have always been treated with care, concern and respect. I feel lucky to have Access near my home. I've always had a short wait and everyone starting at the front desk is very welcoming. I recently met the female PA who came in with Dr. Goldberg who was also wonderful.
