I am sharing this review to document my experience with the membership cancellation process. I submitted an initial cancellation request via email and followed up the next day to confirm, but did not receive a response to either message.

When I contacted the business by phone for clarification, the individual I spoke with communicated in a noticeably unprofessional and aggressive manner. I was informed that my cancellation email was received two days after the billing cycle cutoff, which was cited as the reason for being charged for the current month.

The lack of written communication, combined with the tone and handling of the phone interaction, was concerning. A clear, timely response to cancellation requests and professional customer communication are reasonable expectations. This experience reflects a need for improved internal processes and customer service standards.

I’ve been training with Brandon Dougherty for a few months and I’ve learned so much from him. Brandon is very knowledgeable and has helped me feel comfortable in the gym. When I walked into the gym back in July I was nervous, didn’t know what I was doing or even what to expect but Brandon made sure to show me that I can do this. Brandon has an amazing way to motivate his clients and has played a huge role in my fitness journey and I’m truly grateful for it! Brandon makes sure to customize my workouts to fit my needs. He makes sure to correct my form and at the same time he explains every move so I understand why I’m doing it. Brandon is always encouraging and positive and I’ve had an amazing experience and gained strength throughout this time! I recommend Brandon as a personal trainer if you’re looking for someone to make an impact on your fitness and gain knowledge!

Gym is becoming just like any other commercial gym. Their normal prices are ridiculous for what they offer compared to non commercial clubs, which in my opinion are worth it since they offer more. Only was going here for the discounted price since I am a teacher, and also because I moved into the area to be closer to my job. Place wasn’t bad when it first opened but over time just allowing too many members to sign up and place is getting too crowded. Not enough machines and equipment to go around for the amount of people. Lots of equipment and free weights I feel like are missing when it comes to a gym. And when the place is overly busy, which is starting to be a regular occurrence from 3pm-8pm, it’s not easy to get done what you plan to if you’re an avid gym trainer. Also an associate told me to cancel my 12 month commitment membership, I had to prove I was moving out of the area, which I am now, and she said it had to be at least 14 miles away. But turns out that wasn’t true, when I emailed they said it was 25 miles.

If you’re gonna go here, only go here if you’re getting a discount on your monthly payment, or else don’t bother over paying for this commercial gym. Place is too crowded now with too many members and not enough equipment to go around with a lot of individuals just standing around or sitting on machines talking and doing nothing.

Fitness Factory has everything I need and more. The equipment is top-notch, always clean, and well-maintained. There’s a great variety of machines, free weights, and functional training areas, which makes it easy to switch things up and stay motivated.

What really sets this gym apart is the staff. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful—whether it’s answering questions, keeping the place spotless, or just offering a smile at the front desk. You can tell they care about the members and the environment they’ve created.

It’s a gym where I feel comfortable, focused, and supported. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality place to train and feel at home!
