I was brought to this gym by my friend and I will say that it has been night and day from what I have experienced in the gymnastics world before with my daughter. The coaches care and they do correct bad learned habits. The girls are sweet to each other and the coaches promote an atmosphere where everyone cheer for each other. I love that my daughter is happy and added bonus when the parents are just as excited and happy to see each other and cheer the team kids hard work!

Coach Erik is a master of the sport. From dialing in high bar releases to refining ring strength sequences, he brings technical excellence and unwavering support to every practice. He knows how to challenge each gymnast while building their confidence and character.

More than medals, Coach Erik has built a culture of discipline, respect, and belief. Our children are stronger—physically and mentally—because of him.

My grandson is currently taking gymnastics classes here. I’ve taken him several times although I don’t live in the area. I’ve sat in on the classes several times. They are very professional. Very polite. Good with kids. They are disciplined. My husband and I went to a competition last month. They are encouraging to all of the kids and don’t seem to show favorites. It’s a good environment. My grandson seems to be very happy and enjoy gymnastics. Ample parking. I highly recommend them

This is, by far, the most family friendly gym in our area. There are options for all types of kids. My 10 year old loves the gymnastics and my little one is obsessed with ninja. The staff is super friendly and the facility is very clean! Definitely sign your kids up.
