The receptionist/front office staff are as rude and unprofessional as it gets. As the first point of contact for new and existing patients, it's hard to believe no one in management has addressed this - or maybe they just don't care. Dr. Andrin has been my doctor for 20 years so I put up with it but now that she's gone there's very little reason not to look for a new practice
Dr. Andrin is amazing!! However, the receptionists are so rude.
it’s so sad that in a place where women are supposed to feel comfortable, secure and understood, other women make them feel like calling the office is an inconvenience for them. It’s also very unfortunate because they have no clue what women are going through by calling the office and requesting an appointment.
Dr Andrin delivered my baby boy recently and I have to say she was amazing! I was in horrible pain and felt like I wasn’t going to make it. She was so patient, understanding, and gentle with me while laboring and delivering it was amazing. I would highly recommend Dr Andrin! She made jokes and made us feel so comfortable; she has a very warm personality. Amazing doctor!
