These guys are awesome! I always bring my power washers in and they fix them perfectly. Never have a complaint about the service I get. If you have power equipment that needs to be repaired, these are your guys! I'm the owner of a small construction company and these guys do all my equipment repairs. Kpd Contracting Unlimited will be using these guys for repairs for the four-seeable future.
Just moved to the area, and needed my stihl leaf blower repaired. A friend recommended Ace power equipment. And, it's only a mile or so away! Dropped it off yesterday, and they called me in a couple hours to say it's finished. Tried it this morning, and it ran better,,but not full power. I went back today, and Tom,,the front desk gentleman,
Gave it to Rich, an employee, who worked on it, while I was there, and got it running perfectly. Spent alot of time on it perfecting it. They honored my first payment, and didn't charge. I'm a stihl guy, and will definitely return with any problems or looking for any new equipment
I called and spoke to someone that gave me information on how commercial customers are priority and they could look at something as soon as 2 days. The conversation was very positive and at that time I was looking for a new dealer. Then I called a week later to drop off a mower and spoke to someone named Tom completely different attitude from the first conversation with them very negative he told me they couldn't even look at it for 2 weeks. I asked if he could put me in the que for repair so my machine not sitting for weeks and I can still use it . I was told no they can't guarantee anything so they lost a new customer. I'm in cue for another local repair place most places treat commercial guys this way. I don't know who Tom is maybe even the owner but I had a few guys going to bring work there but not anymore. They should let a more customer friendly person deal with customers like the first guy I spoke to.
Nice people! And the award goes to the mechanic I met today. Same common courtesy as the rest of the staff, but really went above and beyond knowing that although it is a commercial mower, it is residential use and took the time to talk in detail about what was wrong and course of action to fix it. I left there extremely comfortable and confident that they are the vendor to use for all sales and service in their industry. I've been to the location on y bayville , and although I was met with the same quality customer service, this location is just easier to pull in and out of.
