I’ve been seeing Rosa since 2008, and she has been an essential part of my wellness journey for over 15 years. I come every other week for 90-minute massages (often with cupping, hot stones, and aromatherapy) and I truly don’t know what I’d do without these regular treatments.

My job is very physical, and over the years Rosa has helped me manage sciatica pain, upper neck tension, and those stubborn tight traps that come with the work I do. She’s guided me through so many phases of healing, muscle tension, stress, inflammation, and everything in between.

Her knowledge, intuition, and professionalism have only grown with time, and watching her evolve into the incredible holistic practitioner she is today has been amazing.
