Exceptional! Had issues with vertigo that over about a few month treatment period almost completely resolved. They developed a plan that worked with my schedule including sessions I could complete at home. Sessions were effective and intensive. I never felt like the therapist forgot about me working with someone else. Very grateful to be feeling better. Highly recommend to family and friends.
I'm still attending Physical Therapy Works. My therapist is Dr. Erin Cannon, her planned therapies for me have helped immensely. Her knowledge is unsurpassed. The building is very clean and organized. Staff is very friendly and amazingly helpful. I highly recommend this place. I was also a patient her a few years back and I knew when I needed additional therapy this was where I would go.
Very happy with my experience here. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. My PT, Maureen, was so knowledgeable about my injury. She explained all of the exercises and reasons for them very clearly. Most importantly, the PTs do not just give you a list of exercises and walk away - they stay with you through all of the appointment to make sure your form is correct.
Dr Christine is a miracle worker. I had excruciating knee pain and after one visit, 80% of the pain was gone and within a few days of my follow up exercises, the pain was completely gone. In another visit, I came in with a stiff neck and my pain was gone after 15 minutes of exercises. I can’t recommend Christine enough, truly the best PT out there!!
Before coming here, I tried a well-known, highly rated physical therapy clinic—the kind you expect will have all the answers. But what I found was the opposite: a system that felt rigid and impersonal. They quickly pigeonholed me into a generic treatment plan based on textbook symptoms, even though what I was experiencing was far from straightforward. It felt like I was just another slot in their schedule.
Then I found this place—and it changed everything.
Christine took the time to truly understand my body and my concerns. She didn’t rush to label or treat, but carefully observed, asked the right questions, and designed a plan that was specific to me. Every session felt like one-on-one care, and through that personalized rehabilitation, I began to heal not just physically but mentally as well.
This clinic reminds you that physical therapy can still be human. You’re not treated like a case number or a checklist—but like a person. That kind of care is rare, and I’m grateful to have found it.
