Dr. Puja has been such a gift to our whole family. She really knows her stuff and always makes sure each visit is just right for what we need. It’s clear she truly cares and wants us to get better.

I’ve had many experiences with physical therapy and I can 100 percent say that Dr. Puja has a level of expertise that is just amazing. She combines hands-on work with exercises that are designed specifically for each patient. When I first came to her I had been living with pain for a few years and was concerned that exercises would create more pain. I started slowly and in time I started to do more and more exercises. I am now exercising every day and I’m feeling so much better. If you looking for a physical therapist who is kind and really listens to you, she is the one for you. Also, she is trained in cutting-edge modalities that really cut down healing time. I am so grateful there is a place like this!
